We are seeking a People Coordinator to provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring efficient operations related to employee the employee lifecycle and process management. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle sensitive information confidentially and assist with daily HR activities.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented People Coordinator to join our growing team. You will provide essential administrative support to thePeople function, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day People operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and eager to contribute to a people-centric organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Support recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and ensuring all compliance checks are completed.
- Provide support for employee relations issues and assist in disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Assist with payroll preparation and the administration of employee benefits (pension, healthcare, etc.).
- Help with HR reporting, data analysis, and maintaining HRIS systems.
- Provide general administrative support to the People team, including performance management and employee engagement activities.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in an HR administration role or a similar position.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and familiarity with HRIS systems.

Pay: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
