Project Manager - Civils

Your new company

You will be joining a family-run contractor based in Northampton. You will be overseeing the successful installation of below ground ducting in the Norwich area. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a strong possibility for indefinite employment.

Your new role

As Project Manager, you will be based full-time on their site in Norwich and be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Managing and coordinating direct labour and subcontractors on multi-site projects (between 5–10 men)
  • Conducting site visits and inspection to ensure compliance with safety regulations and specifications
  • Providing regular project updates and reports to senior management
  • Ensuring alignment with project goals and industry standards
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site at all times
  • Collaborating and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely on time, within budget and to expected quality.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful, you will have:

  • CSCS, SMSTS, NRSWA Supervisor and First Aid
  • Experience of EHV installation (33kV/66kV).
