Level 3 Reception Teaching Assistant - Kensington - Hays

About the Role:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant Reception class in Kensington.

We are looking for a passionate individual who is committed to supporting young children's learning and development in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher with planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Support children's learning and development through a variety of activities.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support for children, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor and record children's progress and provide feedback to the class teacher.
• Help with the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Experience working with young children, preferably in a Reception class.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• A patient, caring, and supportive approach to working with children.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
