As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll be part of our valued team within our Intergreated Discharge Team, based at Gravesham Community Hospital. We are looking for someone who is a friendly, approachable team player who can work flexibly and will ensure they deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of their healthcare journey. For this role it is essential you have a Full UK Driving Licence with access to a car, as the role is based within the community.
