Year 4 Teacher

Salary: £162.31 - £251.71 per day (dependent on PayScale)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Year 4 Teacher to join our vibrant school community in Burnley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to make a significant impact on the lives of young learners. The position is long-term with the potential to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons to Year 4 students.
• Develop and implement creative and inclusive teaching strategies.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive learning environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Take on the role of SENCO, supporting students with special educational needs.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven experience teaching Year 4 or similar age group.
• SENCO experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
