Experience
- Must have at least 1 years previous experience in working in a care home setting.
- Must be able to be flexible in working both week days and weekends.
- We use the Person Centred Software computer system; previous experience in using this system is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
Summary
As a Care Assistant you will be a vital part of our team dedicated to providing compassionate care to our residents. With core skills in personal care, empathy, and attention to detail, you will assist residents with daily activities and ensure their well-being.Your skills will enable you to support residents with diverse needs effectively. Strong English and communication skills are essential for maintaining accurate records and fostering positive relationships with residents and their families.
