Hours: Monday to Friday Full Time (hours ideally 8am-5pm) - office based

We are seeking a proactive and organised Customer Service Executive to join a fun, dynamic and fast-paced team, supporting our Client's customers and ensuring they receive an outstanding service. In this vital role, you will be at the heart of the customer service and sales process, handling client inquiries over the telephone and managing the sales inbox, processing orders, quoting and keeping them updated on deliveries and maintaining a first class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Be the first point of contact, responding to client inquiries and providing information on our products and services.
- Sales Coordination: Order processing, pricing, and quotations.
- Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Communication: Liaise effectively with various departments (marketing, finance, logistics) to ensure customer needs are met.
