A leading private equity firm is looking for an Investor Relations Coordinator to join their high-quality team. This a fantastic opportunity to develop your investor relations career in a fantastic culture. What the job involves- You will play a critical role in planning and coordinating global investor roadshows, managing logistics, preparing meeting materials, and providing high-level administrative support
- The role requires a combination of excellent organisational skills, discretion, and a strong interest in private equity matters
- Plan and coordinate international and domestic investor roadshows, AGMs, capital raising activities, and ad hoc investor meetings
- Manage all logistics: travel arrangements, meetings scheduling across time zones, investor targeting, venue bookings, and coordination with portfolio companies as needed
- Maintain investor and prospect databases and track meeting outcomes. Producing reports as required
- Support the creation and formatting of investor presentation materials, including PowerPoint decks and ESG reports
- Work closely with internal teams and external advisors to ensure seamless execution of roadshows and investor events
- Take ownership of every aspect of roadshows and events including ensuring appropriate venues, printing material, producing name tags
- Experience in a similar role supporting Investor Relations activities within financial services
- Proven experience organising international travel and complex itineraries
- Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proactive and self-starting with a "can-do" attitude
- Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented
- Collaborative team player with a willingness to support across functions
