HR and Operations Assistant
We require an Operations & HR Assistant in an all-year-round, permanent full-time role from January 2025, with core working hours of 8-4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will assist both our Head of Operations and Head of HR. This is a varied role, with a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, working closely as a team to ensure that all operations run smoothly, in a number of areas including, but not limited to School transport and pupil minibus service, cleaning, catering, maintenance and grounds.HR responsibilities include assisting with teaching and support recruitment campaigns, absence management, HR administration and ad-hoc projects.
