The role:
As the Height Safety Contract Manager, you will:
- Play a pivotal role within the height safety team
- Drive growth and performance within the department
- Take a key role in technical compliance
- Secure sales and ensure profit targets are met
- Strive to develop and nurture customer relationships
- Generate new leads in the Company’s height safety offering
- Supervise the delivery of major projects
- Provide technical expertise whilst championing health and safety requirements
- Ensure the team are operating efficiently
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
What you’ll need:
The Height Safety Contract Manager will:
- Be comfortable adopting a ‘hands-on’ approach with the ability to command respect from colleagues.
- Work well under pressure and efficiently drive site teams to meet deadlines and high safety and quality standards.
- Have a proven track record of estimating and project management with an ability to communicate professionally at all levels,
- Have extensive industry, product, technical and regulatory knowledge
- Thrive on problem-solving and display excellent organisational skills
- Adopt a flexible working pattern to respond to and meet operational requirements
- Travel extensively with willingness to stay away from home as required
