The role:

As the Height Safety Contract Manager, you will:

  • Play a pivotal role within the height safety team
  • Drive growth and performance within the department
  • Take a key role in technical compliance
  • Secure sales and ensure profit targets are met
  • Strive to develop and nurture customer relationships
  • Generate new leads in the Company’s height safety offering
  • Supervise the delivery of major projects
  • Provide technical expertise whilst championing health and safety requirements
  • Ensure the team are operating efficiently
  • Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction

What you’ll need:

The Height Safety Contract Manager will:

  • Be comfortable adopting a ‘hands-on’ approach with the ability to command respect from colleagues.
  • Work well under pressure and efficiently drive site teams to meet deadlines and high safety and quality standards.
  • Have a proven track record of estimating and project management with an ability to communicate professionally at all levels,
ensuring operational excellence.
  • Have extensive industry, product, technical and regulatory knowledge
  • Thrive on problem-solving and display excellent organisational skills
  • Adopt a flexible working pattern to respond to and meet operational requirements
  • Travel extensively with willingness to stay away from home as required
