Clinical Manager

Location: Stockport, South Manchester

We are looking for a highly experienced Clinic Manager to lead our South Manchester/Cheshire location leading a new Cosmetic Clinic and Diagnostic Centre.

This is a hands on role suited to someone who has worked in a Aesthetics, Cosmetic Surgery or in a Diagnostic centre and understands how to drive performance, not just maintain it.

This is not a passive management role. You will be responsible for growing revenue, improving client experience, and building a high performing team while preparing the clinic to meet CQC standards.

• Lead the day to day running of the clinic, ensuring smooth operations across reception, clinical, and treatment areas.
• Oversee and actively contribute to marketing activity including local outreach, campaigns, and in clinic promotions.
• Manage, train, and develop a small team, holding staff accountable to performance targets
• Monitor clinic performance including daily revenue, KPIs, bookings, and treatment uptake
• Ensure exceptional client experience from enquiry through to aftercare.
• Implement and maintain operational systems, processes, and standards
• Support and prepare the clinic towards full CQC compliance, including documentation, governance, and audit readiness
• Handle client concerns professionally and protect the reputation of the clinic
• Maintain stock levels, supplier relationships, and clinic presentation standards

• Proven experience managing a aesthetics or medical clinic
• Experience managing a small team and driving performance
• Commercial awareness with the ability to understand numbers and improve clinic profitability
• Experience or strong understanding of CQC requirements and compliance processes
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise in a fast paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to lead from the front
