Production Team Leader – Telford

Salary: £31,000, rising to £38,000

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for driving performance in a fast-paced production environment? We are looking for a Production Team Leader to join our team in Telford, offering a starting salary of £31,000, rising to £38,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 5-8 General and Machine Operators on a packing line
• Ensure all team members meet defined standards of performance and behaviour
• Monitor and record line performance, taking action to improve efficiency where needed
• Organise and execute product changeovers within the planned time
• Support the Shift Supervisor in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and escalate issues promptly
• Complete all quality control documentation accurately and clearly
• Apply Continuous Improvement (CI) techniques, such as 5 Whys, to problem-solving
• Ensure 100% compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and health & safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is desirable
