TEACHING ASSISTANT LEVEL 1/2
Hours of work: 26 hours and 40 minutes per week plus one hour per month for training, working 39 weeks per year. These hours will include a daily lunch duty.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.40am to 3.00pm with a 40 minute lunch and a 20 minute break.Salary: T.A. Level 1/2, point 5-6, £24,790 to £25,183 pro rata to £15,420 to £15,664 per annum for hours worked.
We are currently looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant on a temporary basis for the remainder of this academic year until June 2025, to support the work of our excellent Special Needs Department.
Applicants should possess a range of skills to enable them to work with young people with special needs including those with complex behaviour issues.
