Are you looking for an exciting and challenging role within a school environment?

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, hard working and bright Teaching Assistant to join our team for September 2025. This is a position only open to graduates or those with a formal childcare qualification. No previous classroom experience is needed but the role would suit those contemplating a teaching career or similar.

There is a ‘sky is the limit’ approach to learning at Eaton House The Manor Girls’ School and all our pupils are encouraged to use their intelligence in a dynamic way to demonstrate quick, reasoned and engaging responses to the world about them.

We treat each girl as an individual so that she can blossom academically and socially. We want each girl to have the confidence to discover where her gifts lie in a calm and purposeful atmosphere, where her spiritual, moral and intellectual development is nurtured.

The girls are busy all day long but it is vitally important to us that they are happy in their work and in their friendship groups. It follows that pastoral care is the cornerstone of everything that we do. We believe that when girls are happy they are more effective learners and more confident participators.

Our excellent form teachers, house system, and visible senior management team all combine to ensure that each girl feels known and supported throughout her learning journey at Eaton House The Manor Girls’ School.

Successful candidates may be contacted prior to the application deadline date.

When completing the application form please ensure that the form is completed in full. Incomplete reference sections, education history or employment history sections may result in your application being disregarded.

A completed application form should be submitted via the TES jobsite or sent by email to, Miss Amelia Smallwood (HR Assistant) (Tel: 0207 924 6000; email: asmallwood@eatonhouseschools.com)

Eaton House is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, and applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening, including checks with past employers and the DBS.
