We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic - Customer Service - Call Centre Assistant to join the team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services through effective communication.This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong interpersonal skills.
The Role
With this role, you’ll be one of the first in the team that a customer speaks to. You’ll set the tone, ensuring every patient has a great experience and the start of what will be a happy, satisfied, customer journey. And you’ll get support to learn, grow and bring your very best right from day one.No customer service roles are the same, because each day a new issue, may arise, helping patients - customers with individual needs, you could be taking calls, replying to emails or welcoming people as they arrive. You might be more office based one day and call centre the next – it’s a varied role, possibly you may be on the shop floor, for a few hours greeting customers/patients, but, you will be a valued team member..
Duties
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Upsell additional products or services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
Collaborate with team members and management to improve service processes and customer experience.
Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
Skills
Excellent communication skills in EnglishStrong phone etiquette to ensure a professional interaction with customers.
Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Experience in upselling techniques to promote additional products effectively.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
Multilingual capabilities are an asset, enhancing our ability to serve diverse customers.
A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment.

Salary c£26K – £27K depending on your previous experience.
5 day week over 7 days, this will include a Sat or Sun
