Duties and responsibilities:
Co-ordinate admissions and associated pre-operative assessment appointments. Working closely with Consultants, patients and multi-disciplinary teams.
Who we're looking for:
- A personable individual with the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Good basic PC skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent customer service skills
- You will require excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to manage your own workload
- Experience in a customer service environment is ideal
- Previous experience in administration is essential
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of medical terminology desirable
