Supply Supply Ltd are seeking qualified, dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Supply Teachers (ECTs welcome), HLTA’s and TA’s to join our team in Coventry to deliver Educational, Health and Care plans.
We are looking for professionals who have had previous experience of working in Primary schools to work on a supply basis with pupils who have additional needs. We will support you to understand each child’s needs prior to any work undertaken and offer excellent daily rates of pay.
We offer a full training programme to support you in your work through Acorn Education Ltd.
RESPONSIBILITES:- Work with individual children who have been awarded an EHC.
- Work alongside the class teacher collaboratively.
- Deliver high quality support to the child.
- Give feedback to the class teacher and SMT.
- Where necessary prepare work to support your role.
- Experience working with children with additional needs? (SEND).
- Strong communication and teaching abilities.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a classroom setting.
- Ability to handle classroom management and student behaviour.
- Experience working with diverse student populations.
- Knowledge of curriculum and educational standards.
- Relevant Teaching, HLTA or TA qualifications.
- Be prepared to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
- Receive high quality training.
