Job Description- Content Creation: Create original content across various platforms and mediums, including email copy, social media posts and videos, blog posts, photography, and editing.
- Community Management: Oversee community management across all communication channels, providing immediate responses to consumers.
- Social Media Advertising: Ad creation, campaign optimisation, creative brief writing, reporting, budget management, keyword & audience research across a range of platforms including Meta, TikTok & Google.
- Performance Monitoring: Set and monitor KPIs to track the effectiveness of digital marketing activities, providing regular reports.
- Influencer Engagement: Source and engage with influencers, supporting the paid/gifting program.
- Website Management: Manage the brand and business websites.
- Marketing Collateral: Support the business with marketing collateral requirements, including trade marketing POS, product packaging, and presentations.
- Consumer Advocacy: Act as a consumer champion and brand guardian.
- Budget Management: Track and manage expenditures against the overall brand marketing budget.
- Agency and Freelancer Management: Manage relationships with key agency partners and creative freelancers.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to support product development processes.
- Social Media Strategy: Assist in developing the social media strategy and always-on content plans.
- Annual Brand Planning: Assist in the development and delivery of the annual brand planning process.
- Product & Marketing Strategy: Assist with the development and execution of top-line marketing strategies and new product launches.
- PR Initiatives: Assist with any brand or company PR initiatives.
- · Data Analysis: Assist with analysing category data and insights.
The Successful Applicant
Digital marketing: 2 years (preferred)- Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
- Proficiency in social media marketing (Meta, TikTok) and email marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret data to optimise campaigns.
- · Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
