Your Role:
- Curriculum Development & Delivery: Plan and deliver tailored lessons designed to meet each child's unique learning needs, with a focus on communication, life skills, and emotional development.
- Behavioural Interventions: Apply positive behavioural support techniques to promote well-being and engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teaching assistants, behaviour analysts, and therapists to deliver a cohesive educational experience.
- Progress Monitoring: Track student progress and adapt teaching strategies as needed to ensure each child reaches their full potential.
- Career Progression: Opportunities to advance into senior leadership roles such as Lead Teacher or Curriculum Coordinator.
- Skill Enhancement: Additional responsibilities available, such as Mental Health First Aider, School Council Lead, or SEN Specialist.
