Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 1 students.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and growth.
- Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback to pupils and parents.
- Collaborate with the parallel Year 1 teacher to share resources, ideas, and best practices.
- Contribute to the school community by participating in staff meetings and school activities.
