Teaching Personnel is supporting a primary community school in the WN2 area on their recruitment for an Admin Assistant to support in the front office on a full-time basis. This position is required ASAP and will continue until the school successfully recruits for this role on a permanent basis.However, for the right candidate, there may be an option for a temporary-to-permanent placement.
This school is situated in a friendly and welcoming community with excellent transport links from nearby areas such as Hindley, Ince, Abram, and Platt Bridge. Responsibilities of the Admin Assistant include:
- Answering incoming calls and handling general enquiries.
- Assisting with parent queries both in person and over the phone.
- Collaborating and liaising with school staff.
- Completing administrative tasks using various computer systems.
- Managing in-house financial processes, such as weekly dinner money payments.
Key Information:
- Start Date: Immediate/ASAP.
- Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
- Contract: Weekly timesheet basis through Teaching Personnel, with the potential for long-term opportunities.
