Teaching Assistant
Academic Appointments are working with primary schools across Rotherham who are currently searching for full-time and part-time teaching assistants to work as part of a dedicated and resourceful EYFS, key stage 1 and 2 team(s).

Requirements:
To be considered for the teaching assistant position, you will:
Hold a teaching assistant qualification or equivalent experienceWorking knowledge of Safeguarding policy is highly desirable.
Have experience working in a primary school setting
Have experience supporting children in a classroom setting with social skills
Have some knowledge of the National Curriculum and maintaining records
Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one)
2 x references (including your last employer)

Rate of pay is dependent on current grade, experience and payroll method.
