Key Stage 1 Teacher needed!
Location: Cambridge, CambridgeshireHours: 5 days a week within school hours, with additional team meetings after school on set days
Salary: £30,000 - £46,525 Per annum
Qualifications: PGCE, QTS, DFE
Skills: Key Stage 1, Phonics, Primary Curriculum
Job Duties:- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Key Stage 1 lessons
- Implement the Primary Curriculum effectively
- Utilise Phonics, including Little Wandle Phonics, to support early literacy development
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to both students and parents
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience
- PGCE qualification
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Department for Education (DFE) recognition
- Demonstrated experience teaching Key Stage 1 students
- Strong knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
- Effective classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Additional training in Phonics instruction
- Experience working in a 2 Form Entry School
- Temporary position with the possibility of extension
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
- Located in Central Peterborough
