Residential Property Associate/Senior Associate Solicitor 3+PQE

Our client is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join the team either as an associate or senior associate. The successful candidate must have at least 3 years' PQE in residential property.

The focus of this role will be to assist with a varied caseload of residential property matters acting for HNW individuals, their companies, family offices and trusts.

The role will be based in our client's London office and will cover all manner of residential property matters with particular focus on:

• High value freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals;
• Remortgages;
• Block management including license for alterations;
• Leasehold enfranchisement;
• New build sales and purchases including off plan purchases.

The successful candidate will have:

• at least 3 years' PQE working as a residential property solicitor with solid residential property sale and acquisition experience including familiarity with new build and off plan transactions;
• a strong grounding in leasehold enfranchisement and landlord and tenant;
• confidence in running transactions effectively with experience of acting for domestic and international high net worth clients.
