PROJECT MANAGER
Position: Project ManagerLocation: Birmingham based office - Nationwide projects
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE) package
The company:
My client are a family owned business who specialise in restoration and conservation of some of the UK's most prestigious properties, such as listed & historic buildings, stately homes and countrywide landmarks. They have an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join their growing operations team to oversee exciting new projects such as the restoration of heritage building, museums, galleries and churches.
This is unique opportunity for someone who has an interest in modern and historic art buildings to have impact on the conservation of such building.
Project Manager requirements:
- Experience within project management (client has no preference on sector)
- Heritage experience beneficial however no essential
- Commercially minded
- Strong client facing
- Exceptional organisation skills
- Must be will to travel
