IT Support Analyst

The post holder will be a key member of the Pathology IT Team at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust and will be required to work closely with application users and service providers to deliver frontline system support, be involved in application development, improve data quality and train users on pathology applications and some of the key role responsibilities include :- a) Monitor and resolve issues within systemsb) Install end-user systems client software as requiredc) Provide IT Support to users across the laboratory service The successful candidate will also need to have :a) Great problem-solving skillsb) Diploma in Information Management or IT, or equivalent knowledge/experience.c) Prioritisation skills
