Our client prides themselves on a diverse client base and are rapidly experiencing expansion, making this a very exciting time to join the business. Within this Family Solicitor role, you will be instrumental in the development of said expansion plans and maintaining the high client standards this legal practice is known for.
Within this Family Solicitor role, you will be dealing with privately funded cases including:
Divorce proceedings and separationChildren Act proceedings
Financial Provision
Injunction applications
Schedule 1 children act
Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements
You will also gain some supervisory responsibilities training more junior members of the team, assist the Head of Department to grow the team and take part in Business Development Initiatives.The successful candidate for this Family Solicitor role will ideally have 6+ years PQE, is well organised and can work well as part of a team.
