Job Description
As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be handling calls from clients regarding their remortgage transaction you will be solving a range of queries regarding the process ensuring each interaction is provided to the highest standard and an excellent service is provided.
You will be also working alongside banks and other third parties and chasing up documentation/details required for the file.
The role will be very past paced and rewarding and the business offer an excellent structured career path and development opportunities for all their employees.
The Successful Applicant
Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds including hospitality and retail
Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
Able to work in a volume fast paced environment
The ability to work under pressure and towards targets and deadlines set
An excellent team player
