Inclusion Lead/ SENCO
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Inclusion Lead/SENCO to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing our inclusion strategy, supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), and ensuring that all students have access to high-quality education.
As a SENCO, you will:- Lead and manage the provision for students with special educational needs.
Develop and implement effective strategies to support students with SEN.
Coordinate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create and maintain individualised learning plans (ILPs).Monitor and evaluate the progress of students with SEN, ensuring that interventions are effective.
Provide training and support to staff on SEN best practices.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain up-to-date records.
