Are you passionate about helping children? We’re looking for a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming and friendly school in Southampton.
We are looking for a flexible, strong, and committed Teaching Assistant who can support students at all stages. You will work with the teacher to help students with their work, manage behaviour, and build good relationships with the students.You'll be a positive role model and help meet each student's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1-1 training and small groups to support students.
- Help with the development and delivery of learning plans.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Work with teachers and other staff to support students.

- Level 2 qualification (or equivalent experience)
