Workshop Manager - Perfect Placement
- Location: Chatham, Kent
- Salary: £35,000–£45,000 per annum (DOE) + Uncapped Bonus + Benefits
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, Alternate Saturdays
Workshop Manager required for Automotive family run car garage in the Chatham area.
Our Client is seeking a Workshop Manager to manage their busy site, the successful Workshop Manager will have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.
Hours of work for this Workshop Manager role are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, Alternate Saturdays.
The Salary being offered to the successful Workshop Manager is £55,000 OTE.
Duties of a Workshop Manager- Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
- Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
- Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
- Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
- Looking After the Repair Centre Site.
- Have a previous working experience within a Workshop Manager / Site Manager role
- Strong Leadership skills
- A full and valid UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop
