Civil Enforcement Officer needed in North London Paying £14.84 per hr ref 1382525

• Responsibilities Summary:

1. Parking Policies: Understand parking policies and statutory framework for permitted and prohibited parking.

• Enforcement: Enforce parking and footway restrictions.
• Patrolling: Patrol assigned areas as instructed.
• PCN Issuance: Use handheld computers to issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs).
• Public Assistance: Advise and assist the public on parking enforcement policies, ensuring excellent customer care.
• Vehicle Removal: Authorise vehicle removals per criteria.
• Reporting: Report faulty/missing street furniture, parking line/sign defects, and abandoned vehicles.
• Documentation: Complete enforcement documentation, including pocketbooks, PCNs, and driver statements.
• Evidence Collection: Take photographs to support enforcement actions.
