As our Business Development Manager, you’ll actively seek out new business opportunities, build strong relationships with agents and direct clients, follow up on leads, and conduct impressive hotel presentations and site visits. This role is ideal for a Sales Executive/Sales Manager looking for a bigger challenge, or a Senior Conference Executive eager to dive into proactive sales within a reputable hotel group.

- Office-based role in Milton Keynes
- Cultivate up-to-date knowledge of both local and national businesses to drive revenue across various segments (conference, training, meetings, corporate, and transient)
- Play a key part in executing the Kent’s Hill Park sales strategy through direct sales calls, telesales, appointment setting, promotional campaigns, corporate entertaining, networking events, client familiarisation visits, and contract negotiations
- Constantly identify and nurture new accounts in the corporate market
- Explore new business opportunities, entering untapped markets and territories to achieve ambitious targets

- Proven sales experience within the hotel industry
- Excellent communication skills
