Residential Conveyancing Team Leader

A Solicitors practice in Norwich is looking to hire a team leader to their residential conveyancing team.

The role will entail being the team lead for a team of around 3-4 people. You will manage an additional fee earner and assistants within your team and ensure the efficient progression of the teams caseload.

The successful candidate for this position will be an experienced residential conveyancing fee earner with some experience of managing or supervising a team. It is essential that you are experienced in dealing with the broad range of conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.

There will be support when needed from senior managers in the department when needed but day to day the successful candidate will be the lead of their own team.

The salary for this role will be dependant on experience and as part of a good overall package.
