Key Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry tasks, including measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing wooden parts.
- Apply primers, paints, and finishes using spray-painting techniques for a smooth, even coat.
- Sand, fill, and prepare surfaces to achieve the desired finish.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure projects meet high-quality standards.
- Inspect completed work for precision, quality, and aesthetic appeal.
- Maintain tools, spray equipment, and work area to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
- Follow company safety protocols and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in carpentry and spray painting, preferably in a professional setting.
- Ability to operate spray guns, sanders, and other finishing tools.
- Strong understanding of wood properties, finishing techniques, and paint applications.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of work.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings (preferred).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
