Salary £14.50 dependant on experience
Hours are Monday to Friday 08.00 to 16.30 ( must be flexible)

Job Summary: As a Carpentry / Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for fabricating, preparing, and finishing a variety of wooden structures and furniture. You’ll use your skills in carpentry to ensure precise construction and finishing work, while also applying high-quality paint finishes using spray-painting techniques.

This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for producing flawless finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform carpentry tasks, including measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing wooden parts.
  • Apply primers, paints, and finishes using spray-painting techniques for a smooth, even coat.
  • Sand, fill, and prepare surfaces to achieve the desired finish.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure projects meet high-quality standards.
  • Inspect completed work for precision, quality, and aesthetic appeal.
  • Maintain tools, spray equipment, and work area to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
  • Follow company safety protocols and adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in carpentry and spray painting, preferably in a professional setting.
  • Ability to operate spray guns, sanders, and other finishing tools.
  • Strong understanding of wood properties, finishing techniques, and paint applications.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of work.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings (preferred).
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
