Main duties of the job

The post holder will work within the multi-disciplinary team to provide assessment, treatment and support discharge planning. LYPFT utilises the Model of Human Occupation framework to inform the overall assessment and formulate recovery plans for those within the service.
Effective MDT clinical leadership drives the service and aspires to equip clinicians with a versatile and comprehensive skillset in order to provide compassionate and therapeutic care. The role of occupation is recognised and valued on the ward.
