Solution Architect/ TDA Role
High Level understanding of SIP UC Architecture (Voice, Video) ideally CUCM (ON-PREMISE)
o Resilient Call Control on mission critical platform, Gateways e.g. CUBE, Endpoints, Cross Domain voice/ video, Conferencing, Voicemail
High Level understanding Networks, Security
Liaising with stakeholders - Customer, VBSE Voice , Engineers, PM's & previous supplier - Managing supplier transition (from technical perspective) and working to understand the platform and its challenges then helping to shape going forward
Customer facing role with requirement for travel between key sites
