We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, dynamic, and results-driven individual to lead on building and maintaining good relationships with GP’s and Pharmacists within the Manchester footprint.

Location: Manchester

Hours: Full Time 37.5 per week, Full Time Salary Range: £35,220.59 - £37,184.91 dependent on experience (based on full time working hours pro rata for part time)

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Responsibilities:

About the role:

  • Provide leadership, support, and development to a dedicated team of staff.
  • Ensure that working protocols are in place to support the effective management of prescribing clinics within a primary care setting, Syringe Programmes, Supervised consumption and Naloxone provision across Pharmacies.
  • Contribute to the development of standards, in line with national guidance and good practice alongside the ongoing monitoring of quality and co-ordination of operating policies and clinical protocols that supports the highest standards of care
  • Support the Service Leadership Team to improve existing care procedures and to develop new models of practice, service delivery and client care for the client group.
  • Lead on operational delivery of interventions.

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
