Olympus Management is a local firm of Chartered Surveyors specialising in block and estate management offering a personalised experience to clients and customers alike. The team is led by directors, Jamie Fletcher BSc(Hons) MTPI MRICS and Ella Fletcher BA (Hons) MTPI Assoc RICS.
As a Chartered Surveyor, Jamie’s knowledge, ethics and passion for property management are second to none. He strives to anticipate problems and resolve complex issues and his ability to direct his team to cost effective and time efficient solutions is one of his core strengths.Ella's organisational skills and methodical approach to problem solving make her a key asset to the team, and her personable approach to property management ensures that our clients always receive the 5* Olympus Experience. Having managed multiple teams and portfolios in excess of 3,000 units in central London between them, they are both well-respected professionals within the London residential management sector.
Olympus Management is powered by B-Hive Property Solutions whose team of over 200 staff handle all administrative and financial matters, allowing the Olympus team to focus on delivering expert Landlord and Tenant advice and a five-star customer experience.
Olympus began trading in October 2022 and has already grown to managing over 1,200 residential units across London. As the business continues to grow, we are looking to meet passionate property professionals wanting to join a dynamic and rewarding team.This is a unique opportunity to join a firm of Chartered Surveyors specialising exclusively in block and estate management across the capital. The role is completely home-based with occasional meetings in London as and when required.
We are looking for a candidate who can provide support to our four Property Managers and additional Site Staff. A property management background is required as well as strong organisational skills, customer service experience, and proficiency with systems.We will provide full support on personal and professional development with mentoring on industry qualifications such as TPI or RICS. You will have the exiting opportunity to be involved with the management of some large, ultra prime and historic listed buildings in central London.
