HSE Engineer Offshore Decommissioning
A global energy company based in Basingstoke are seeking a Senior HSE Engineer for a minimum of 12 months. You will play a pivotal role with decommissioning phase of projects by supporting the ITT process as well as managing the production of regulatory documentation.
Location - Basingstoke
Salary - Negotiable depending on experience
Education - BSc in environmental or safety discipline or equivalent is ESSENTIAL
Key responsibilities of this role include the following;- HSE focal point for offshore decommissioning phase 2 project
- Review of decommissioning tenders and documentation
- Technical Bid Evaluation
- Stakeholder engagement
- Contractor interface
- Management of environmental contractors to support the production of EA
- Safety case planning support of duty holder
- Support to comparative assessment
- Experience of working within an offshore demolition/construction project
- PLANC experience
- Contractor management
- Safety case development
- Decommissioning Programme
- Environmental Appraisal
- CDM
- BOSIET
- Comparative assessment
