Video Content Administrator Initial 6m contract

Randstad are delighted to be working alongside a worldwide food company who are looking for a Video Content Administrator to work within their manufacturing training team. The main aspect of the role will be to assist in converting existing training materials from PowerPoint into an auto-translatable file format using Synthesia.
This role is available on a flexible part time basis, with hybrid working also available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Import PowerPoint presentations and associated media (images, videos, text) into Synthesia from a wide library of existing training materials.
- Organise and input all content in a structured manner to ensure smooth creation of final training modules.
- Utilise Synthesia's capabilities to automatically generate translations of voiceovers, subtitles, and text.
- Ensure voiceovers are correctly aligned with the content and that subtitles are accurately synchronised with the video.
- Review converted training materials for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with original content.
- Identify and correct any issues with formatting, translations, or audio synchronisation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with multimedia tools (PowerPoint, videos, images) and editing software.
- Experience working with or learning to use Synthesia or similar auto-translation/voiceover software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure that all content is accurately transferred and translated.
