Shift Patterns: 5 days out of 7 on a shift pattern.Hours: 10am - 7pm
PAYE Rate: £26k basic salary, OTE £45k per annum
Contract Type: Permanent
Igloo is recruiting Telesales Executives to work for one of UK’s fastest growing, independently owned Used Car Supermarket, who have vast experience and knowledge within the industry. With a great selection of used cars to suit every need and budget, our client is all about keeping customers happy by offering an excellent personal service.
Role:- To be the first point of contact for customers enquiring about purchasing a new vehicle
- Answering inbound / outbound sales query calls
- Converting leads into appointments
- Follow up via email / telephone
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Target driven and hungry to earn lots of money
- Excellent listening skills
- Excellent PC and telephone skills
- Performance driven
- Good team ethics
- Ability to have fun

- The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate their previous experience of working within the automotive industry in a similar role
