Finance Assistant

The successful candidate will be responsible for Job costing and Expense, maintaining Financial records and preparing and submitting Tax returns. Key responsibilities: Managing all financial data and ensuring accuracyProviding audit documentation and supporting with internal and external auditsAssisting with Budget preparations and generating financial reportsPreparing and submitting tax fillings and assist with tax returnsProcessing invoices, payments and monitoring accounts receivableAssisting with Job costing and Expense allocationReconciliation of bank statementsEnsuring accuracy in financial documentationMaintaining and updating financial recordsMaintaining both Purchase/ Sales Ledgers Invoice management The Successful Candidate:Extensive experience within a similar Financial/ Accounting roleQualifications within Accounting, Finance or related fieldKnowledge of Financial Regulations and Accounts principlesAdvanced working knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts and PayrollExcellent written and verbal communication skills
