Job Description- Assist with purchase ledger duties
- Managing invoices and delivery notes
- Assist with financial reporting and month end
- Assist with other areas of finance for development
- Assist with balance sheets and completing journals
- Processing invoices
- Reconciliation
- Managing sales ledger
- Support the accounting team in daily tasks
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
- Someone driven to get stuck in and really develop their finance career
- Couple years experience within finance and/or accounting would be ideal
- A good understanding of accounting and finance principles
- Strong use of Excel
- An analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field would be preferable
- Enthusiasm to learn constantly and willingness to be a team player
- Salary of £25,000
