Your Role: As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the academic and personal development of our students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Leading small group sessions and one-on-one interventions to reinforce learning.
- Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing feedback and support.
- Creating and maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student welfare.
- Supporting extracurricular activities and school events.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or similar role.
- HLTA qualification or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for working with children and supporting their learning journey.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
