Support Worker - Barnet
Supporting adults with learning disabilities in a supported living service. Supporting with personal care, daily living skills, activities and medication. 30hrs per week on a rota basis, shift patterns are 07.30-15.00 and 15.00-22.00 or alternatively you can work 07.30-22.00.
We are looking for candidates who have the following skills and attributes:- Hard working

- Understand the importance of accurate paperwork
- Enthusiastic, kind, honest, trustworthy
- Ability to work in pairs or work on their own
- Good knowledge of how to support vulnerable clients with care needs
- Able to support people to live active, fulfilling lives, ensuring people have fun but also that they complete their everyday household tasks.
- Able to chat to people who communicate without speech
- Able to support people when they are sad or upset
- Able to communicate clearly with colleagues, other professionals, families and the public
- Enthusiastic, kind, friendly & honest
