HR Business Partner

In this newly created role, you will be one of two HRBPs supporting a growing portfolio of North West homes. You will be supported by colleagues throughout the business, but will have the flexibility to manage your time between office, our sites and home.
Key Responsibilities will include;-- Develop and deliver your part of our People Plan for your area.
- Support line managers in the day-to-day management of employee relations, whilst ensuring a positive ER climate.
- Contribute to the development of employee engagement and retention initiatives and manage/deliver these within own area.
- Build strong credible relationships with managers and act as coach/mentor on people related topics.
- Deliver people related change programmes as required.
- Produce and analyse management information on people metrics to monitor progress and impact of HR activities and develop action plans accordingly.
- Ensure the business area adheres to employment legislation and Bright Futures employment policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the wider People team (Recruitment, Training & Development) to ensure that the needs of the business area are fully supported.
- You will have a relevant degree/ HR qualification (CIPD L5 or above)
- 3 years+ experience as an HR Generalist
- Experience of managing complex case work
- Experience of working autonomously with limited supervision
- Customer focus – able to see issues form others perspectives leading to negotiated, practical solutions to problems
- Strong influencing skills enabling you to constructively challenge assumptions, behaviors and ways of working
- Effective report writing skills
- Computer literate – MS Office/ HR and LMS systems
- A full driving licence is essential
- Experience within the care sector desirable
