Entry-Level IT Support Technician required (Venues Support Technician)
Location: Leamington Spa Conference Venue

If so, Sharp IT Services is looking for you to join our team as an Entry-Level IT Support Technician!
About the Role: You will be the frontline hero, ensuring our client's IT/AV systems run smoothly at the prestigious Leamington conference venue. Reporting directly to the Service Delivery Manager, you'll collaborate with a talented team to deliver top-notch IT services that exceed client expectations and contribute to our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-Site Support: Provide hands-on IT/AV support at the Leamington conference venue, addressing issues reported through our Service Desk tool, verbal requests, or remote assistance.
- Ticket Management: Take ownership of support tickets, ensuring they are updated and progressed efficiently to keep clients informed and confident in our service.
- Service Excellence: Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain the high standards of Sharp IT Services, fostering client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Professional Development: Engage in ongoing learning to boost your technical proficiency and stay current with industry trends.
- Task Prioritization: Organise and manage your daily tasks to meet client expectations and provide consistent, reliable service.
- Communication: Maintain a professional, positive, and friendly demeanor when interacting with colleagues and clients to ensure effective information exchange.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent Sharp IT Services with pride, enhancing our reputation as a trusted IT partner.
What We’re Looking For:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic technical knowledge and experience in IT, with familiarity in: Microsoft Server and Desktop Operating Systems, Microsoft Cloud technologies (365 and Azure), Virtualization, networking, and firewalls, Backup and anti-virus software, Awareness of Remote Monitoring and Management tools
- A proactive learner motivated to develop your IT skills and grow within the role.
