Digital Marketing Executive/ Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager - London

MAIN OBJECTIVES:
The primary responsibility of the Digital Marketing Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager is to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, focusing on a variety of digital channels to achieve business objectives. This role will oversee the development of high-quality content across platforms, ensuring it is aligned with the brand and optimised for engagement.
In addition, this role involves managing paid advertising campaigns, such as Google Ads and social media ads, to achieve maximum ROI. The candidate will be responsible for crafting and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
A key aspect of the role will be KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management, building relationships with influencers to boost the brand’s exposure and credibility. The candidate will also design and launch a “members-get-members” referral programme to stimulate word-of-mouth marketing, supporting customer acquisition and loyalty.

To scale up word-of-mouth effects on a large scale, the role will develop and implement a variety of programs aimed at increasing account openings and deposits, leveraging customer networks to expand reach and influence.
As the business is in a growth phase, the person in this role should be prepared to build initiatives from the ground up, as there is limited pre-existing knowledge or framework to rely on.
MAIN DUTIES- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital marketing, branding, PR and event.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to implement marketing programmes.
- Track programme results and conduct detailed performance analysis for continuous improvement.
- Manage marketing channels for promotions on online and offline platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, X, and the website.
- Assist in digital marketing efforts, such as website optimisation, SEO, SEM, email marketing, influencer marketing, social media marketing, and enhancing UX/UI.
- Organise and execute events, including CSR events, symposiums, seminars, exhibitions, and briefing sessions.
- Coordinate operational and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with designers to plan and develop creative marketing materials.
- Handle ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements
EDUCATION & TRAINING- Ideally educated to degree level in a marketing, data science or business-related discipline, with demonstrable relevant experience.
- 0 to 3 years’ experience in marketing fields related to the banking or industry.
- Demonstrable experience of providing innovative and creative ideas to drive and increase revenue growth.
- Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English.
- Strong customer services and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work with MS office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Carry SEO skillsets including GA4, Appflyers, etc
