Finance Administrator

In this role you will be responsible for managing the day to day company finances including management accounts, statutory accounts, payroll, monitor funding income streams and report on financial anomalies to the Board.
Job Description- Supporting with payroll administration and calculation of hours
- Purchase ledger - processing of invoices
- Sales ledger - raising in voices and chasing debts
- Supporting the Finance Manager looking at revenue and analysing spends
- 12 months recent experience in finance administration - purchase and sales ledger invoices
- Ability to use Microsoft Office, Excel, Word to a competent level
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Loyal and long standing organisation
- Working with truly passionate and like minded individuals
